How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Before beginning therapy, we’ll have a brief consultation to talk about what you’re experiencing and determine whether working together feels like a good fit.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

Yes. Sessions are available in person in Houston as well as through secure telehealth for clients across Texas and Connecticut.

How long are sessions?

Most therapy sessions last 50 minutes. We typically begin meeting weekly and adjust as needed depending on your goals and progress.

 

Do you offer virtual therapy?

Yes. Secure telehealth sessions are available for clients across Texas and Connecticut.

 

What is the first step to getting started?

The first step is scheduling a brief consultation where we can talk about what you’re looking for and determine if working together feels like the right fit.

 

Do you accept insurance?

I currently accept some insurance plans and also offer private-pay options. If you have questions about coverage, feel free to reach out and we can discuss what options might be available.
